INRODUCTORY FREE SHIPPING OFFER:

For a limited time Keweenaw Tackle Company, LLC offers retail customers FREE USPS Ground shipping to the continental US by ordering $50.00 or more.
Shipment is sent via USPS. If the merchandise in your shopping cart is $50.00 or more, the free shipping will be reflected at the payment portion of your

PRICING:

All prices shown are FOB the Keweenaw Tackle Company, LLC facility located in Calumet Michigan and are subject to change without prior written or oral notice. All orders are
invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment. Keweenaw Tackle Company, LLC is not responsible for any incorrectly printed product descriptions,
part numbers, or prices.

All prices are in US dollars and do not include shipping charges, applicable state taxes or handling fees. Prices, taxes and shipping charges are indicated
on the Pro Forma invoice for each order. Approved payment methods are Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

TERMS:

Standard terms for direct sale customers are pre-approved credit card purchases only. Retail customers should contact the company for additional
information. Personal checks cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Customers who refuse an order will be held responsible for return freight to
the Keweenaw Tackle Company shipping facility as well as the original freight.

ORDER FULFILLMENT :

Please allow 24-72 hours to process all orders from time of receipt.

BACK ORDERS:

We will not accept an order for an item that is not in inventory. This is done to try to avoid back order situations. We will process your order and then
notify you by email as soon as the information is processed and available.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We do not accept orders from outside the US at this time. Only orders that call for shipment to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii will be accepted.

SHIPMENT METHOD:

All orders are shipped via US Postal Service. The standard shipping method is Ground Service. Expedited services are also available at additional cost,
subject to requirements and only when requested and approved by Keweenaw Tackle Company. We do not offer C.O.D. delivery.

CANCELLATIONS:

Special orders or orders approved for expedited shipping of merchandise cannot be cancelled and are payable in advance. Cancellation of standard item
orders must be received prior to shipment of goods. Keweenaw Tackle Company, LLC cannot cancel an order once it has shipped.

RETURNS & CLAIMS:

Any requests for the return of goods purchased from Keweenaw Tackle Company, LLC must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior to any return shipment, purchaser must contact Keweenaw Tackle Company, LLC for a
Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging. Merchandise can only be returned by
the party that originally purchased it from Keweenaw Tackle Company, LLC. If the merchandise is being returned because of a shipping or packing error made
by Keweenaw Tackle Company, LLC then the company will only reimburse the buyer for the actual U.S. Postal Service shipping expense. Keweenaw Tackle
Company, LLC cannot issue call tags. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time.
Refunds will only be for credit towards future purchases – no cash refunds.

FREIGHT CLAIMS:

All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the responsibility of the customer to file a
claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within three days of receipt of goods, supported by a bill of lading and invoice.
